Pricing and limits
Prepaid credit, priced per request, per page or per minute of video. Failed requests are free.
You buy credit in advance at watermark.ws/developers; each finished request takes its price from it. Failed and aborted requests are free, and so is everything run with a test key.
A new account starts with $1.00 of free credit, which covers images and documents. Video needs an account that has bought credit.

An account with no credit left gets 402 insufficient_credits. Going over requests a minute gets 429 rate_limited with Retry-After. "Running at once" counts the account's requests that are queued or processing; one more gets 429 concurrency_limited until one of them finishes.
